How long will my order take to ship out?
Your order will ship in 7 working days or less, each order is hand made and hand packed with lots of love.
How much time will my package take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days, but we cannot guarantee it, the USPS is responsible for your package once its been shipped and we’ve provided you a tracking number.
Returns? Exchanges? Cancellations?
We do not accept returns, nor exchanges. But please contact us if there’s a problem with your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please DM us (through instagram or via email) the details within 24hrs of your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Puerto Rico and the USA, but please contact us if you live outside of these territories and we can make an arrangement for you.
Will my order arrive in time for _______?

Why is everything Sold Out? When will you re-stock?
Each piece is designed, hand made and packed by one person, this process takes a lot of time. We try to update our stock every two weeks. You can stay in touch and be the first to know when are we going to restock by following us on instagram @liberartepr.
What materials do you use for earrings?
We mostly use hypo-allergenic, 304 stainless steel, and real 18k or 14k gold plated brass. Please view each items description for more details.
Can I preorder a sold out item?
We are not taking preorders at this moment but you can sign up for a waitlist (located below the item’s description you wish to purchase) and we will email you as soon as we make more.
